A woman died on the spot after being hit by a tractor on Daya Chhapra Dhala of NH-31 on Wednesday afternoon. Family members and villagers blocked NH-31. SHO Bairia Dharamveer Singh, who reached the information, made every possible effort to clear the jam. In case of failure, higher authorities were informed. The jam ended after the assurance of the Sub-Collector, who arrived after two hours.
Daya Chhapra resident Parvati Devi (55), wife of late. Lalpati Paswan was crossing NH-31 to get the photo status of Aadhar. She was hit by a tractor and died on the spot.
